Dr. Michele Del Re’s healthcare journey began at York University where he graduated in 2011 with a degree from the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Sciences. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Del Re completed his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2015. Dr. Del Re also received his Contemporary Medical Acupuncture license from the McMaster University Medical School in December 2015. Contemporary Medical Acupuncture is a precise peripheral nerve stimulation technique, in which fine solid needles are inserted into anatomically defined neurofunctional sites, and stimulated manually or with electricity for a therapeutic purpose.”
As a proud member of the Italian-Canadian community, Dr. Del Re has been actively involved in various fundraising events throughout the GTA and has assisted with multiple charitable organizations including the Princess Margaret Hospital, Ride to Conquer Cancer, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and Boost: Child Abuse Prevention & Intervention.
His primary goal is to provide the highest quality of evidence-based chiropractic care by assessing, diagnosing and treating the human body. His treatment plans consist of a combination of therapies including: manipulation, mobilizations, muscle release therapy, modalities (Laser, Ultrasound, Interferential Current), rehabilitative exercises, relaxation techniques and nutritional advice. Dr. Del Re has treated a diverse number of patients ranging from young children, teenagers, athletes, adults, chronic pain sufferers and geriatrics. He is also fluent in Italian.
On his spare time, Dr. Del Re enjoys traveling the world, weight training and playing sports. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
